PEX assists individuals in the formation of Investment Clubs. These clubs could be for individuals that know each other or individuals can elect to become members of clubs with persons not know to them. PEX assists in the formation of both types of clubs. Investment clubs are incorporated as private companies. The maximum number of members per club will be 10.
The cost of establishing the club is R4,000 which includes:
- One year subscription;
- Formation of company with own bank account;
- Shareholders agreement so that the rules of the club are clearly stated in particular if anyone wants to exit;
- R1,000 worth of shares to get you started.
Management of funds is done by the members of the company. PEX will not receive any investment funds from club members.
